  • Welcome to Bermuda Dunes Fairway Villas, a classic Mid- Century, cottage style condo set back from the 1st Green at Bermuda Dunes Country Club. Bermuda Dunes is a PGA course and the former home of the Bob Hope Desert Classic.

    Watch the golfers putt from the living room and patio! Walls of glass sliding doors make the space light and bright. This Bermuda Dunes condo sleeps 4 plus one to two on sofa couch, (over 1200 sq. ft) There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed (with new Casper mattresses). The cozy living room with new down filled modular sofas (with Bedding Kit) offers awesome relaxation and extra guest sleep space. This home is also steps from a large pool with a spa.

    Amenities include a well-stocked kitchen, Gas Weber Grill, WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, HBO, Spectrum Cable, High Definition TVs in the living room, and bedrooms, tandem parking spot and ample street parking, secure community with 24 guard gate, and cart barn.

    Bermuda Dunes is located near Coachella, Palm Desert, La Quinta & Indio. PSP airport, Palm Springs, Indian Wells & Rancho Mirage are also in the vicinity.

What a Great Place

Property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated with fully stocked kitchen and lovely neighborhood.Kelly O'Sullivan was easy to work with and made us feel like friends.

Kelly, was great to deal with, checkin was seamless, he communicated with the information we needed to easily locate our home for the month and he was quick to respond when we had an issue dealing with it quickly. The location of our Villa was great, not too far from the front entrance, off the road enough so we weren't which we really enjoyed during the hot days.We enjoyed a spacious and well supplied Villa, the kitchen had almost all the equipment we needed to make our meals there although we found the microwave to be a little to small at times. Having grapefruit, orange and lemon trees nearby that we could help ourselves to was a definite bonus. The bathrooms were also well stocked with towels, toilet paper and other it's own bathroom as well, so when our daughter came to visit she had her own private space to enjoy. It was also great having both the washer and dryer accessible from inside our suite which was very handy.Mid-century is an apt description for this quaint accomodation. Although the owner has done some updating and we were quite comfortable there are some small things that could still be done that would have added to the comfort of our stay.
