Costa by Nest Villas is a four bedroom, 10 person villa in Indio with ab entertainer's dream yard featuring a 30 foot pool, an 10 person spa, outdoor dining, fire pit, and an open layout. So lush and serene, you'll feel as if you're in a tropical paradise. A fun, convenient retreat built for easy indoor and outdoor living.



The Space:

The backyard is made for all day fun. Swim laps in the heated pool, unwind in the waterfall spa, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, and grill at the built in barbecue. The outdoor dining table seats up to 10 for long meals and sunset dinners. The secluded fire pit sits at the back of the yard with no neighbors behind you, perfect for stargazing or roasting s’mores. Multiple lounge zones make this space private, sunny, and ideal for floating, grilling, and playing.



Inside, the open floor plan is filled with natural light and set up for groups. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas offer easy hangout zones with TV streaming, a built in fireplace, and comfortable seating. Four furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and extra linens make hosting simple and stress free.

All Nest Villas homes are fitted with high-quality, fresh linens. Two additional sleeping arrangements available upon request



Please Note:

- Pets are an additional $150 per stay, 2 pets maximum. ALL pets must be approved before booking.

- The garage fits up to two cars, you will have free parking in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking available.

- The pool and spa are not heated by default. We can heat the pool for an additional $125 per night, spa heat is included in your stay. Please request pool and spa heat 48 hours before arrival.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 10, according to the city of Indio's permitting guidelines.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.

- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.

Drive minutes to La Quinta or Palm Desert and El Paseo for fine dining, shopping, hiking, and spas. With no neighbors behind you and quick access to festival grounds, it’s the perfect spot for Coachella, Stagecoach, holidays, and any desert getaway.



Getting Around:

10 minute walk to the Polo Fields. Car rental suggested to visit neighboring towns, however Ubers are easily available.
