The four lounge chairs near the pool allow you to bask in the sun while staying cool. Additionally, four Adirondack chairs surrounding the natural gas fire pit provide a perfect relaxing spot. Engage in friendly competition with loved ones through giant connect four or bean bag toss. You can also cook a delicious meal on the natural gas barbecue and dine al fresco in the patio sitting area, accommodating the entire group. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a large living room with a large kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to lounge in front of a 75-inch Samsung 4K Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. The conveniently placed beverage cooler and indoor amenities will enhance your experience. This home offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for six. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located across the laundry room and features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located across bedroom three and features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
Bedroom 3 is located across bedroom two and features a Queen-sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large dresser.
Bedroom 4 is next to the hallway bathroom and features a King-sized Bed, 43-inch LG Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
Bedroom 5 is accessible through bedroom four and features two Full Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Beds, two 43-inch LG Smart televisions, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and two PS4 consoles with so MANY games!

The hallway bathroom is at the end of the hall and features a bathtub, shower combo, and vanity sink. The powder room next to the kitchen features a decorative vanity with a beveled mirror.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in case of a break-in, death, or injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.
