“The sleeping pods are all located next to each other, not insulated at all and so you can hear every little noise around you ... i had reserved the 8 hours night frame and people kept arriving thru the night and you hear the attendant explaining how the seat works, then the person setting his things up, then other custoners' phones beepinbg, alarms going up etc. The A/C in the toom is kept extremely high and you freeze. I payd €120 fir 8 hours use and tgey do not even give you a small blanket...
“The overall stay was very good. The J5 team was very accommodating and made the experience extremely good.
The only downside was that the AC in the main hall was not working properly and it got quite hot. Besides that all was very good and extremely clean. Highly recommend this place”

"Overall, my experience at the Riu Hotel in Dubai was very positive. The hotel truly excels in its culinary offerings and service. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, catering to all tastes and preferences. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
My only significant concern was the condition of the sea water. Unfortunately, the water was quite dirty, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to spending time in the sea. This detracted from the otherwise perfect beach experience.
In summary, the Riu Hotel is an excellent choice for those who prioritize great food and impeccable service. However, if a clean and pristine sea for swimming is a high priority, it's something to be aware of."
"Tutto meraviglioso!! Vista dalle camere e dalla terrazza spaziale a dir poco incomparabile!! L’unica pecca è che avendo la mezza pensione c’erano solo tre ristoranti dei sette disponibili per l’opzione e poi i piatti da scegliere erano davvero pochi , cene scarse sé uno ha fame …
Esterno dell’hotel per una passeggiata dopo cena brutto marciapiedi brutti sporchi e vecchi , in una zona così sono rimasta stupita da questa cosa . Comunque ci ritornerò sicuramente!! "
"Ho prenotato una notte in questo hotel per passare la notte prima della partenza alle 6 del mattino vicino all' aeroporto. Avevamo la nostra macchina a noleggio e vi dico che per trovarlo, siamo stati circa 1 ora. Il navigatore non porta all interno del Terminal ma fa girare attorno, si vede l' hotel in alto ma non si riesce a raggiungere. Prenotata una tripla, due adulti e un ragazzo di 12. La stanza vedeva in letto matrimoniale (peraltro ai minimi standard di comodità e sistemazione) e un divano letto non preparato. All una di notte non mi metto a discutere e dormiamo in 3 in un letto. Struttura vecchia, stanza con mille rattoppi su porte e battiscopa che cadono a pezzi. Bagno senza alcun occorrente oltre al sapone. Corridoi maleodoranti. Colazione dolce pessima. Brioches secche e asciutte (presumo vecchie) per il salato non mi pronuncio. Tant'è che mio figlio ha vomitato tutto un' ora dopo. Mi verrebbe da scrivere hotel per una notte ma non di più, invece per me nemmeno per una notte. Tutto a livello zero."
"Comodo , vicinissimo al aeroporto . La navetta funziona abbastanza bene ad orari prestabiliti .. noi avevamo una partenza notturna e sono stati disponibili . Il letto è molto comodo e la camera anche standard è spaziosa e completa di tutti i confort .
