“The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job.”

“The staff were excellent , very helpful and obliging. I moved from the single room as it was very small and the view was a brick wall . The hotel was quiet and the location was very convenient with a 10 minute walk to reach the main drag .”

“部屋は広く､スーツケースを広げても全く問題ないが、鍵がかかりづらく、また隣ではなく向かいの部屋の開閉の音が気になった。今回は立地第一条件だったので、満足だが、狭い階段の上り下り､スーツケースを持っては大変だった。 部屋の設備としてティッシュくらいは置いてもらいたい。”
