“Beautiful new hotel. Excellent staff, friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly. Every staff member greeted both myself and my dog with enthusiasm. Perfect location in downtown West Chester. Parking in garage next store. Special price for guest. Does not accommodate vehicles needing higher height limits. Only 2 spaces for unloading luggage. Highly recommend. ”

“The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine.
