“My son and I enjoyed a quick overnight stay in the hill view cabin. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us when we arrived! We got to trek the trail next to our cabin and it was worth the quick trip up the hill. The cabin decking can use a little bit of a facelift but otherwise, everything was pretty simple and just what was needed. Would definitely return for a longer stay. ”

“We spent one night while visiting our son. House and property is beautiful! Steps from river. Bedroom has huge comfy bed. Home has 3 comfy couches. Huge living room. We kayaked, fished and then watched a movie on the comfy couch with the kids. Huge porch that faces river. Many activities in town and good food options. ”

“Small lake for kayaks and stand up boards! Spacious accommodation with ability to cook in and out and a great coffee pot with coffee pods and condiments! So peaceful… will come back!!!! And pet friendly!!”

“My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was not toddler-friendly, but we managed to leave without breaking anything. We loved kayaking on the little lake and enjoyed the short hike. The pool was only slightly heated (during Spring Break) but we got used to the chilly water. The propane grill and hot tub were both awesome. We couldnt get the fire pit to work so we used a lighter to roast marshmallows. Overall I would recommend staying here with kids over 3.”
