“We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. We were there for only one more night so I was unable to use the pool or the balcony due to the noise. It was a beautiful warm sunny day and no pool. Very disappointed. “Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...
