“The room was very clean, breakfast is good, and the staff were friendly. However, there were no cleaning supplies (such as soap, shower caps, body lotion, etc.) in the room when we checked in. We had to apply for them at the front desk ourselves.”

I let the front desk know but nothing was ever done to repair the problems. The next day when we tried to use the shower we discovered that the hot water worked great but the cold water was also hot.
