“We were disappointed that we booked rooms side by side so that we could help with our grandchildren and we even called the day before to confirm that we had side by side rooms and were told yes. We arrived the following day and we were on different floors which made it very difficult to help out and made several trips up and down to our rooms. Not at all happy with this ”
