Bello, ma la porta del bagno è trasparente
Appartamento nuovo in pieno centro (a pochi passi dal tettuccio d'oro), camere pulite e spaziose, bagno grande e letti comodi (fatta eccezione per il divano letto). Il check-in si fa nel bar sottostante e per il check-out è possibile lasciare le schede magnetiche in un apposito box qualora si andasse via fuori dagli orari di apertura del bar. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido perchè avevamo espressamente chiesto di prepararci tutti e tre i letti e ci avevano anche risposto per email che avrebbero provveduto, ma poi al nostro arrivo ne abbiamo trovati solo due (il divano letto mancava di biancheria); ad ogni modo hanno provveduto a rimediare dopo averglielo fatto notare. L'unica nota negativa è rappresentata dalla porta a vetro del bagno che, fatta eccezione per una striscia centrale opaca, per il resto è completamente trasparente e consente di vedere all'interno del bagno dal corridoio, e considerato che si tratta di un appartamento per 6 persone questa assenza di privacy è decisamente intollerabile (gli sarebbe bastato rendere l'intera porta opaca... e non solo una striscia centrale).

Perfect location, a little noisy but didnt affect us as much as we thought. Good space, fell in love with the window view. Only negative was pillows not great, and becareful as water can leak out of bathroom. Everything else great

Wir haben mehrere Tage über Sylvester im Kaiser Max verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Innsbruck ist top alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Von den Zimmern hat man einen direkten Blick auf das Goldene Dacherl. Wer es wirklich ruhig mag ist schon aufgrund der Lage hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Wir fanden es super und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We spent a lot of money to stay here so my expectations were pretty high. Wi-Fi signal was non existent in most of the place, which is tough when you travel internationally and get no cell service. I scanned the network and there were 41 devices on the Wi-Fi, I just don’t think the owner has kept up with the infrastructure needs to serve a whole building. No flexibility on late checkout… usually people will at least offer a few minutes or a solid explanation why we need to be out promptly at 10. Again, traveling internationally this is something to consider as 10am is early. There were little kids slamming around the floor above nearly all hours of the day and night, so it was hard to sleep for the few hours we were there.

Dear Guest. Thanks for your detailed review about the Wifi. We basically have good internet or Wifi. It's true that we have several devices in the wifi but no other guest has a problem with his wifi. Most book us because of the beautiful location, the large rooms or because they simply want to go on vacation in the center. Nevertheless, thank you for your visit

Was a pleasant experience. The room location was amazing. Top floor of building next to ancient clock tower looking out on popular square. You enter the Apartment via a restaurant. Great location. Only snag was they charged me with an unexpected cleaning charge of $35 upon check-in. I would stay there again.

This apartment was outstanding. Attached restaurant was a big benefit with helpful staff. Our view from apt. 5 was fabulous! Right in the middle of everything you want or need. Very clean with all amenities and charming.

Great apartments and location!
This is a great place! Located right in the middle of old town and the apartment is awesome - everything you need! Communication wasn’t the best - the apartments are located above a bar and the bar was closed when I arrived so I had to troubleshoot. When I connected - they were super helpful, but it was unexpected and not the best after a long trip to arrive. Room was great but I was at the top and it was pretty warm. The AC unit didn’t have a tube to feed the hot air out the window, so it blew hot air out the back as well and the Gold member perk (bottle of wine) wasn’t in the room. Not a big deal as it is pretty circumstantial, but worth noting. I would definitely stay here again. The location and value and definitely worth it!

Très bien situé. Lit confortable. Il n’y avait pas de ventilateur dans la chambre et lorsqu’on l’a demandé, on ne l’a jamais eu. Il faisait 36 degrés. De plus, our devions avoir une bouteille de vin ( privilège Silver), mais on ne l’a jamais eu. Contrairement à Airbnb, il n’y a aucune fourniture de base comme huile, sel-poivre, etc.

I asked them before booking about keeping my luggage before check-in time. And the staff said "yes, they can keep my luggage". But when I arrived the staff tell me to keep my luggage at citylocker instead.

Fantastic holiday and gorgeous apartment!
Amazing apartment in a fantastic central location! The decor was very tasteful, the beds very comfortable and it was well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils. The only down side was the dining area was extremely cold because the windows are old and so to eat in that bay window, which has the most incredible views meant you had to wrap up in a big blanket. The views and location are incredible and so it was a small price to pay. But it could do with something putting around or on the windows next to the table to prevent all the draughts. Absolutely wonderful time there though and would love to come back. Though being charged 50€ was too much for a very small real tree too! Hope to come back one day though as best Christmas I’ve ever had.

Hatte kurzfristig gebucht und war wohl deswegen nicht erwartet worden... habe recht lange auf den Überbringer des Schlüssels warten müssen. Empfang war weder freundlich noch abweisend. Alles in allem ok aber nicht wiederholungsbedürftig.

Hervorragende Lage direkt beim Goldenen Dachl - von der im Erker eingebauten Essecke kann man quasi direkt unter dem Wahrzeichen frühstücken! Sehr nettes Personal sowie stylisches und großes Appartement. 100% empfehlenswert!!

Schönes, zentrales Apartment mit kleinen Schwächen
Das Apartment ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet, dafür gibt es definitiv die volle Punktzahl. Der Check-in per Schlüsselbox war ebenfalls problemlos. Was allerdings doch recht störend war, war der Umstand, dass um 07:00 direkt vor dem Zimmer Baustellenbeginn war. Dafür kann der Besitzer nichts, trotzdem trübt es natürlich das Urlaubsgefühl. Ebenso wird die Wohnung recht schnell warm, das sollte man beim Sommerurlaub bedenken.. Ein Ventilator hilft da nur bedingt.

Wunderbare Lage. Super sauber. Küchenutensilien nicht vollständig, daher nur mässig zum kochen geeignet. Kinderzimmer extrem klein und Fenster zum Gang etwas gar speziell. Ich würde wieder gehen :)

アパートメントなのに食器類が汚い
立地と部屋の広さには満足した。しかしここの従業員の手違いで部屋を移動することになった。また食器類の清掃が行き届いてなく洗い直す羽目に。だから星3.5なのでしょうね。清掃が行き届いていたら星4あげたいとも思えましたが。

Spacious apartment with two beds, very clean and modern in design. In a great location, right in the heart of old Innsbruck. The apartment felt hot and stuffy and we couldn’t figure out how to cook it down, and the linens and towels were really minimal. It was fine for one night.

Location just above the Christmas market. Nice view of the mountain and the market. However, a bit far from the main station ~15 min walk and was noisy due to the market. Room is spacious. Cooking utensils in good condition.

Zentrale Unterkunft mit unkompliziertem Check In und Check Out. Tolles Restaurant im EG. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Leider war dieses so hellhörig, dass wir kurzer Hand in den Nebenraum ausgewichen sind, da wir dachten, die Personen aus der Innenstadt stehen direkt neben uns. Weiters ist die Lösung mit der Glastüre beim WC etwas ungeschickt, zumal sicher nicht nur Pärchen dort wohnen.

Price Not Clear - Bathroom Door Transparent
The front desk refused to let us in the apartment, demanding we pay per person. Something not clarified at the booking. Also the bathroom door is basically transparent so it was very uncomfortable for our group to share the space. Despite the central location, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great location, however better directions needed as it is not marked well. It is above a restaurant and there is no actual check in counter . The pillows are too big and uncomfortable.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, die Idee mit dem Sitzplatz im Erker eine ganz schöne. Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Innenstadt. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, ebenso die Ausstattung der Küche - mit einem Topf lässt sich schwerlich kochen. Das es in der Innenstadt nicht gerade ruhig ist, ist bekannt aber da die Fenster nicht wirklich dicht sind und darüber hinaus sich nicht richtig schließen lassen, war es nicht nur sehr laut sondern auch kühl. Beide Heizkörper funktionierten nicht, dadurch würde es doch sehr ungemütlich.

Beautiful, modern apartment, very roomy, extremely central location (was quiet though). Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wished I could stay longer than just one night.

インスブルック観光の中心地、黄金の小屋根のすぐ近くにあって、交通も便利。部屋が通りに面していなかったので静かだった。シャワーだけの浴室とは別に、部屋の中に仕切りもなく浴槽が設置されていたのは意味不明だったが、遠慮なく使わせてもらった。
