“Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay”

“L’appartamento era molto spazioso, in perfette condizioni di manutenzione e pulizia e fornito di quanto può servire per un soggiorno anche di più giorni. A portata di passeggiata ci sono parecchi ristoranti, forni e negozi di prodotti locali. Il check in è stato rapido come pure il check out. Chiare le indicazioni dei servizi offerti (purtroppo non avevamo tempo per goderceli data la brevità del nostro soggiorno). Il villaggio di Inzell è molto carino ”

“Il prezzo risulta particolarmente elevato per la tipologia di struttura, automatizzata e senza personale, le camere sono nuove ma con il bagno davvero piccolo e la struttura risulta invece ancora vecchia, colazione praticamente nulla con staff scortese, a metà del prezzo pagato sarebbe stato un soggiorno anche accettabile”

“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...
