“Our experience pre and during our stay was excellent. From booking our luggage and bike package to delivering our bikes, and helping us to organise dinner options, taxis, and change of last minute cycle plans when the weather turned inclement, it was all handled professionally and we felt very well looked after. To say that the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient is an understatement. They made our stay here memorable. The accommodation was well designed with great views across the water....

“This hotel is located about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking to the train station and shopping area. The room was decent size and very clean but the layout was a little odd. There was a tv but not really angled to watch it from the bed or the seating area. The bathroom was very small with a weird step up and raised threshhold at the bathroom doorway and a small deep bathtub typical of Japanese business hotels. We arrived for breakfast at about 8:45. Breakfast was not great as a hybrid set...
