The newly furnished apartment is on the 1st floor, with a separate entrance on the left gable side. You can reach Gollwitz beach in 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment extends over two levels.

The bright, friendly living room with an open kitchen, dining and living area has a sofa corner with TV for a cozy evening.

The modern kitchen, which is open to the living room, offers you all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, etc. From here you can access the beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the sun.

The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds in the attic offer space for up to 5 people for a relaxed night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. The apartment is also equipped with an infrared cabin.

Children's travel cot and high chair are available for little guests.

A narrow, narrow access road takes you to the holiday apartments and the associated parking lot.

Non-smoking apartment! A pet is very welcome!
