“I left as soon as I booked another place. The first room I went into was under maintenance, the next was run down, dirty, had sewer gas leak, and smelled like someone lived in there with a cat (because people are living there). The walls were filthy there were spots that had unknown substances on them some spots where it was maybe food on the ceiling the rest of the walls had rotten spots and holes in them, the siding was so rotted you could stick your finger through it, small bits of broken...

“This property is on the outskirts of downtown but is still within walking distance to everything. The breakfast in the diner was excellent and teh view of the harbour from teh diner was very pretty. The room in the bottom floor had a distinct foot odor smell.”
