“Host was very welcoming. Greeted me as I arrived and showed me the spacious room with basic needs. Pleasantly surprised I got a kitchenette. Great price for the stay.”

“If you go to Paramaribo…there’s no other hotel you should stay in. This has it all - modern, luxurious, great breakfast, elixir bar had a great menu, huge & clean rooms, delicious food, fully equipped gym, pool & cabanas and the staff is the most hospitable and helpful team in the city.”

“Travelers be prepared to bring your own drinking water and cups or glasses or any bites, I didn’t understand the purpose of an electric kettle in the room since there are no teacups , coffee/tea to compliment it, if you need breakfast, prepare yourself since it is served at 7 am ., there’s a bar but no one serving . If it’s raining make sure you have your own umbrella since there’s none . The window frames in the room leaks when it’s raining so watch where you walk or lay your travel bag . The...

“Staff were pleasant, rooms need updating and properly cleaned, a lot of scuff marks and general dusty, there is an unpleasant odor in the entire property and at the moment the only washrooms available on the ground floor are around the back of the property as the ones within the hotel are under repair, the bar by the pool was not open and in general the food was only average, not a lot of choice especially on the room service.”

“The rooms were kept clean daily, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, got both local and international breakfast and very tasty, the food area was neat and clean. My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The only challenge I had was the music from a private event on the Friday night that kept me from sleeping, only because I had an early morning flight.”

“This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing. “La struttura, come si vede dalla foto, è un palazzo su due piani composto da diverse abitazioni. Quelle del secondo piano devono arrivarci tramite una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e quindi non è molto consigliabile, al primo piano invece c'è solo una scala normale. Io ho soggiornato al secondo piano. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, cè una grossa sala per metà cucina e due camere da letto con il bagno (suddiviso in tazza e doccia).
