“Piacevolmente sorpreso. Aspettative da classico motel americano…in verità la camera, oltre che super enorme, è moderna, ristrutturata da poco e con una classica colazione abbondante. Peccato farci solo una notte.”

“The hotel’s name speaks for itself. It’s a modern, clean, comfortable environment that meets the needs of a quick getaway, business trip, etc. It was reasonably priced. The one drawback is that there are No POOLS !!! Please call ahead to confirm that there is no pool to manage expectations. The room sink didn’t drain after the first night. It was drained by hotel staff after it was reported. And, you’ll have to request housekeeping as there was no daily room upkeep without requesting any....

“stayed 1 night with my family. Enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. Rooms are very clean but mosto of all the staff at the reception are just great and very kind in helping us. ”

“Poor quality for Mariott. AC vents were super dusty. Two of the three bath towels provided had stains on them, old torn carpet, outdated bathrooms. Overall disappointing.”

“Our stay at the Fairfield Northampton was great. The room and all common areas were clean. Housekeeping came and made the beds, replenished towels and toiletries with care while we were out. Location was close the downtown with shops and eateries and a 20 minute drive from UMass. The complimentary breakfast and pool was a highlight of our stay. The staff was all super friendly. We look forward to staying again for any our future UMass visits.”
