The unit itself is clean, however pulled a pot from the cabinet and had too wash it before using it, we also discovered that the iron and ironing board were missing, notification made immediately and promptly acknowledged as we did not want to be responsible for anything missing, front screen door screen was ripped in a number of spots and the pull out sofa was pulled out and it looked like it hasn't been...

“Very nice property. Felt like home away from home. Peaceful area. We enjoyed the lake nearby and other amenities such as the local beach, restaurants and shops. House inside was very clean. There were some cobwebs on the balcony next to the kitchen but other than that, house inside was very clean. ”

“Josephs condo was spotless on arrival, pictures are accurate.Furniture is in great shape, very comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, serveware, glasses etc.We all enjoyed the space this 3 bed, 3.5 bath condo afforded us to visit Storyland with 2 daughters and 2 grandsons.Close to everything but quiet area and very safe.We would definately rent Josephs condo again in the future. ”

“Great place to stay in North Conway, very centrally located. While staying here we skied at Jackson Nordic. The host Ann-Marie was very super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!”

The house was comfy and had everything we needed. lots of restaurants and outdoor activities within a few miles radius which made our experience even more pleasant.If I want to add anything to this wonderful property, it would be a gas grill or firepit in the backyard.”
