“Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms.
Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room.
10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets.”

“Fair price. Excellent view from rear balcony. VERY quiet. The room we rented did NOT have a microwave. Still we enjoyed our stay.”

“Beautiful property, quiet, clean room with the most comfortable bed. Room needs updated though. Toilet ran, sink would clog, paint chipping in bathroom and fireplace didn't have gas turned on.
The only other complaint was missing staff at front desk on the only day we went to the office. People waiting to check in but no staff around for at least a half hour. Housekeepers don't speak English so they weren't helpful. Not sure I'd stay there again. The price was a little high for the room not...
