“Reserved a room with 2 double beds. One bed had sand on the sheets over at least half of the bed. Desk clerk brought us fresh sheets that we put on. She stated she was going to tell the manager and see about a discount for us. When we checked out a different desk clerk mentioned again about a discount, we did not ask for one. We never got the discount.”

“When we arrived our hotel floor was wet. So much so we had to be careful not to fall and write our shoes the entire time. The quilts were all stained on the beds.”

“One of the elevators had to be repaired during our visit. Ice machine on the 2nd floor barely worked. Toilet paper holder in our room was about to fall off. The grab bar in our tub/shower was loose on one end. The breakfast was not very good. Luckily we didn’t spend much time there as we were doing other things. Most of the staff personnel were pleasant.”

“For this to be a resort the building we were placed in was away from all the entertainment with no real way to know the events that were going on. I love the fact that it was on the beach and the pool was in the building. It is not far from shopping area if your driving. I would definitely come back to Myrtle Beach but at a different resort next time. The staff was great despite us not being satisfied with the facilities.”

“The condo room in tower 2 was well designed and the kitchen had ample amenities to cook. The kiddie pool and lazy river in tower 2 were good. Tower two is convenient for pools and parking, but it requires crossing a road that can be busy at times to get to the beach. The building needs some repair (pool shower didn’t work and one of the hot tubs was unusable two days) and the management needs to communicate better.
