Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

You will have access to the front yard`s parking pad with space for up to 4 vehicles.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

At 3 Bears Cabin, your days can be as full—or as wonderfully unplanned—as you like. Set in a residential pocket of Invermere within walking distance of Kinsmen Beach and downtown, it’s easy to head out for a morning coffee, spend the afternoon by the lake, and wander into town when nobody feels like cooking.

Summer days practically plan themselves here. Pack the beach bag and head to Kinsmen Beach for swimming, playground time, or a picnic with mountain views. Nearby Dorothy Lake and Pynelogs Art Gallery offer a change of pace, while downtown’s independent shops, cafés, and restaurants give you plenty of reasons to linger.

When winter rolls around, trade beach towels for skates and explore the Lake Windermere Whiteway when ice conditions allow. For days on the slopes, Panorama Mountain Resort is a scenic drive away. Golfers have plenty to look forward to, too, with Copper Point and Eagle Ranch among the area’s options.
