After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


From this central location, you can enjoy a glorious view of the Rocky Mountains all while being a short drive to beautiful Lake Windermere. People travel here year-round from all over the globe to enjoy our lake and mountain activities, as well as to explore our whimsical little town of Invermere. This town has a way of making people never want to leave. With its welcoming spirit, friendly locals and delicious restaurants, cafes and interesting boutiques, there’s always something to do - even if it’s just having a pint with a friend. Life is simpler here, and we know you’re going to love it.

When you stay at the 4 Seasons Chateau, you’ll be close to:

Radium Hot Springs (19km): In just over 15 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to have on your vacation itinerary.

The Whiteway (3.6 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.

Golfing: Copper Point Golf Club is just down the way (a 4-minute drive). Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course. If you're up for an adventure, the Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains, is less than 30 minutes away.

Invermere Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning all summer long.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

8. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).

Lovely home; yard was a disappointment.

Lovely home, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of indoor and outdoor games. Yard facilities were a bit of a disappointment - difficult to have our family outside in the back yard. Slope (and steep outdoor steps) made it difficult for my 82 year old mother to come to the firepit. Not really space for outdoor games, and not conducive to letting our dog outside to play.

Family trip

The house is what it’s described. We have plenty of space for 10 of us in the family. It was very clean, modern with a well and fully equipped kitchen. The beds and beddings were very comfortable and of good qualities. The ping pong table and dart game added extra fun to the kids. Overall we were very happy with the house and enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed with the prompt response from the host

Invermere Getaway

Amazing stay! Upon arrival, all of the check-in instructions were sent, so check in was about as smooth as it could be.We were happy with how clean it was, and how stocked the kitchen was with everything you’d need to cook meals.The hot tub was so nice to have at the end of the day, and the fire pit (stocked with wood) was also no nice to use!The house was perfect and had everything we needed, I would 110% recommend to anyone and plan on being back!

This is a wonderful place to stay--great for a family. The kitchen is stocked well and it was wonderful to cook meals on the barbecue. The property is large enough for an extended family to enjoy their stay!

National Park staging

Great for family

We had a great time with our family here. The house was very accommodating for 6 adults, one toddler and two dogs. Our only request is that the owner put some space heaters downstairs for the guests who stay there during the winter, it was freezing. Otherwise we had everything we needed and appreciated the kids toys and games.

Great vacation in Invermere

Overall we had a great vacation at this home. We enjoyed the accomodation and the location immensely. It was clean, large enough for our 4 couples and 1 infant and had a great hot tub. We would only say that it was difficult to manage the AC as the upstairs was comfortable but the basement was very cold and the beds in one bedroom (the two bed/bedroom in the basement) werent comfortable for our adults. Other than that we had an excellent time and would stay again!

The home with everything and more!

This home hosted my staff (of 3, plus my boyfriend) for our Christmas getaway. We work in retail and chose to go to Panorama for a weekend on the slopes after the holiday rush. Everyone had privacy, with their own room and bathroom, and the common areas were large and inviting. The hot tub and fire pit allowed us to do an evening of glamping with dinner at the fire, but the kitchen was so well stocked with anything you could think of, we had a great time cooking in it. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, however, the home is so well stocked and easy to navigate you may not get the pleasure of communicating with them. Everyone in my party agrees, we will be back!

Christmas in Invermere

We had a wonderful time with our family in Invermere. The home had everything we could ask for, Hot tub, fire pit,ping pong table,TV’s and lots of games. Invermere is in the ideal spot you can go twenty minutes south to Fairmont ski resort or twenty minutes north to Radium Hot Springs. Invermere has good shopping with all the conveniences one could need and lots of restaurants. We certainly would stay there again. Thank you for making our family Christmas holiday so wonderful by letting us share your beautiful home.
