Posizione tranquilla in una fattoria di collina a 14 km a sud di Inverness ea breve distanza da Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield e Cairngorms. Situato in posizione ideale per passeggiate, touring, mountain bike con enormi opportunità per esplorare questa parte affascinante della Scozia settentrionale.

Costruito secondo uno standard elevato, con il divertimento e il comfort degli ospiti una priorità, questo moderno hotel è riscaldato da sistemi di energia rinnovabile e una stufa a legna. Fearnag Lodge è dotato di connessione wi-fi super veloce e di sistemi TV abilitati a Internet.

Il Fearnag Lodge comprende sistemazioni moderne e confortevoli dotate di moderni sistemi I.T. Riscaldata con pompa di calore geotermica, riscaldamento solare dell'acqua e stufa a legna, la nostra cabina di tronchi a basso tenore di carbonio è stata progettata pensando all'ambiente.

La luminosa e spaziosa cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno open space ha accesso diretto a una terrazza coperta. La zona giorno è dotata di TV a schermo piatto da 37 "abilitata per internet con audio surround, lettore CD blu ray, docking station per iPod e videocamera Skype. Il wi-fi gratuito (filtrato) ti permetterà di rimanere in contatto con il mondo esterno. La cucina ha tutti i soliti elettrodomestici moderni e un solido piano di lavoro in granito.

Ci sono tre camere da letto - una singola, una doppia e una camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king-size. La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato, soffitto in stile cattedrale, 32 "Freesat TV (abilitato per internet) e accesso diretto ad un balcone di dimensioni generose che offre una vista eccellente su terreni agricoli, boschi e le colline di Strathnairn.

Al piano di sotto, il bagno principale comprende una grande doccia walk-in e maniglioni per i meno mobili. Le porte a livello del piano terra sono tutte abbastanza ampie da consentire l'accesso per sedie a rotelle alla camera singola, alla cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno, al bagno principale e alla terrazza anteriore.

A little bit country, a little bit rock and toll

The perfect place to be away from the hustle and bustle of city but not too far away for day tripping adventures. The Farrnage Lodge was comfortable, well appointed, and the small surrounding community of farms, fields, and forests made for peaceful evenings. Just the right way to relax.

A true gem in the Highlands!Fearnag Lodge is a beautiful retreat nestled in the Scottish countryside—peaceful, scenic, and perfectly located near Inverness and many must-see sights. The lodge itself is immaculate and thoughtfully designed, but what truly makes the stay special are the hosts. William and Rhona are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely fun to chat with. Their warmth made the experience feel like staying with old friends.As an added treat, there are the sweetest baby lambs just outside the door—an absolute delight! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful Highland getaway with wonderful hosts and a few furry smiles to brighten your morning.

Highland Perfection!

You cannot find a better accommodation! We were greeted with farm fresh eggs, shortbread cookies and Scottish fudge. The owner William met us at the property to make sure we knew how to work the heating system and lock the doors. Communication was easy and quick.Our favorite part of our stay was the cow and sheep pastures across from the property. We loved waking up to those Highland farms sounds!

Loved the spring lambs

We would sit outside the cabin and watch the spring lambs frolic in the field next to the house. The home was as described, clean and easy to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Very peaceful spot.

The best lodge we've stayed in.

We've been to Scotland countless times to visit the Highlands. Most of the time we stay in lodges as we like the freedom of looking after ourselves and to come and go as we please.This lodge would be the best we have ever stayed in.The communication between us and the hosts was seamless. On arrival we met William and Rhona. They are such lovely and welcoming people and full of local knowledge.The lodge was immaculate. The front room was spacious and very comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. They even provided some dishwasher tablets/ washing up liquid etc.There was also a nice little welcome pack such as eggs, tea, coffee, fudge, and short bread biscuits.The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The downstairs has a large shower room and the upstairs has an equally large ensuite but the shower is in the bath.Our week in the highlands was lovely and the beautiful lodge made it even more special.Thank you William and Rhona

Wonderful stay in Farr

This was our first visit to William's property and it definitely won't be our last. What a beautiful house! The photos definitely don't do it justice. William went the extra mile to put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations for our two small chidren and they loved it. They also left delicious snacks to welcome us, which speaks of the wonderful hospitality. The property is conveniently located so various trourist destinations are within a short drive. The natural beauty of the are made every drive special and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Cozy log cabin in beautiful area

Log home was equipped with all we needed for our stay. William and Rhonda were friendly and helpful. It was a cold and drizzly August so we appreciated the underfloor heating and even lit the ready laid log fire on one evening. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom are ideal for a less mobile person. Easy access to Inverness but still in quiet country area.Thank you.

Perfect and complete lodge, very friendly hosts

The lodge is located in a very nice and quiet environment. It contained everything you may need. It was very clean. And the hosts were very friendly and willing. We visisted several places in the Scottish Highlands with this lodge as basis.

Lovely spacious cabin in beautiful location with everything you need

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We had a great time relaxing in the cabin and walking in the nearby woods. Very to do inverses and easy access to all the adventure days out from waterfalls, lochs and beaches! Would highly recommend!

Highland Gem!

Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my wife and my daughter’s birthdays. The lodge is immaculately presented and the warm welcome from the hosts was carried throughout our stay, a proper home from home! We walked the local trails, visited Loch Ness and Inverness , all within the local vicinity. Very peaceful retreat within a 10 minute drive of the A9. Even in winter the lodge is very well heated and a wood burning stove adds extra character as well as heat. The cleanliness of the lodge is of an exceptionally high standard, actually I don’t recall staying anywhere EVER that was equal. The pictures are an accurate reflection on the property and I would advise anyone who likes the look of this lodge to book it without hesitation!

We loved our time in the wooden lodge. It is a very cozy, very comfortable accomadation with everything you need. William and Rhona gave us a warm welcome and did everything to make our stay pleasant. We all would like to come back.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferneag Lodge. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge in die Highlands. Zum Einkaufen nach Inverness haben wir nur ca. 15 Minuten benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und das einchecken problemlos. Bei Ankunft gab es eine nette Überraschung mit frischen Eiern, Saft und Keksen. Auch unsere Anfrage nach einem zweiten Hochstuhl für unsere Zwillinge wurde sofort von den Vermietern umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Ruhig gelegen, nette Vermieter

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, die Vermieter waren sehr nett und als Nachbarn zurückhaltend. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider fanden wir keinen Trockner vor wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Laut Vermieter war dieser defekt, worüber wir erst bei der Ankunft informiert wurden und somit nach mehrwöchigem Schottlandaufenthalt Probleme mit dem Wäschetrocknen hatten. Es gab zwar eine Wäschespinne, jedoch kann dieses Haus kein Sonnenstrahl erreichen.
