Hello Andrew, Thank you for the 3 out of 5 score. Am sorry to read your impression of the hotel as we love dogs! Unfortunately not all are as well behaved as your dog and that is why we do not allow them in lounge & restaurant. Also we have other guests that have allergy and or fear of dogs. I have passed on your comments to our housekeeping team as it would appear that we have not lived up to our normal high standards on this occasion.
