“I called ahead of booking to make sure the whirlpool was operational but it was not upon arrival. Several outlets in the room did not work. Location was good.”

“When we arrived we were told that we already checked in and there was no room for us. Upon further review, the front desk associate checked in someone else under our room. It took them over an hour to figure it out. Now it’s after 10 p.m. Another guest was having issues with their booking as well. Then another guest came down for a blanket and the same associate was swearing under her breath at this guest. The rooms were very dated, the beds were I comfortable and the pillows were terrible. ...

“Breakfast and parking included. Pleasant staff and clean. Refrigerator did not work in room. Jetted tub was lovely after driving and water hot and great pressure”

“I did not seen food any of the three mornings I woke up there. There was a plastic container with slices of bread though and a toaster. There is no pool on this property. There are no available personal items in the bathroom but there are dispensers with liquid soaps in them for the shower and for the sink, we ran out of toilet paper before we left.”

“We were coming up to get our luggage before 11 and got looked out of both of our rooms. We were pleased to be able to take our luggage into our room before check in time. We had stuff to unload at the party we were going to and bags weren't in our way.”
