Appartamenti a Iowa

“Perfect location!!!”

“Great location.”

“Space was perfect for what we needed. Overall would definitely stay here again. Owners were great about responding. Only downfall to the property (not the owners fault) was the parking situation. Our first night we had to drive around the block 2-3 times before we found someone leaving and could take their spot.”

“Neat layout except for curtain instead of door for back bedroom. Not prepared for that. Great location though.”

“The owner was very quick in responding when I had any questions. We stayed here and walked to the Casey’s Center for a concert. Parking was easy. Loft was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Such a cute, clean, and quiet apartment, it was perfect for a quick stay overnight.”

“Very cute, comfortable and clean. Worked just right for us. Would absolutely stay again. Be aware that there is opposite-side overnight parking in effect year round. This was not readily apparent to us from on-street signage or the info binder at the apartment.”

“Great little spot very cozy and would love to back in the future”

“Showed up to soaking wet towels, but folded on the bed for some reason. Dryer did not work properly and towels were still wet three hours later. Was very late to reservation made a month before. Host offered to bring new towels "Tomorrow", even though we were only staying one night. Host stopped responding after problem persisted... Street parking was extremely limited, There is a massive construction project directly in front of the apartment complex.I would look elsewhere for...

“Great spot!”

“Very nice apartment. Awesome location. Host was super accommodating.”

“Very clean and in the heart of quaint Dubuque.”

“What a fantastic stay! Dan is a super host. We plan to stay again when in Des Moines.”

“Nice little place for a quick stay.”

“Great property”

“The unit was a unique cozy property. Close to downtown and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The host was exceptional and responsive to answering questions. The property was well maintained and the host made the space quite quaint with a lot of extra amenities.”

“Great getaway location which includes a coffee shop nearby! The property had everything we needed and more. We hope to return.”

“This is our 3rd time staying in on of Ken’s properties. Always clean,, plenty of room, and great directions for parking and getting into the rental. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown Dubuque.”
