“Beautiful room. Amazing staff. Included breakfast on the porch was delicious with a good view. Price I paid was a little pricey but overall this has to be the best place I’ve ever stayed at.”
“A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.”
“Considering what a beautiful property and otherwise perfect experience at the Gideon Putnam Resort and Spa, a new chef would be a deal changer! The cod fish we ordered was still cold inside and the food overall was terrible. And despite the breathtaking property, the hall leading to Victoria pool and bathroom were unkept and dirty. The photos of the property were beautiful and it seemed like a modern take on a retro design. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I were surprised to find the building facade to be different than what was posted online, a room that had dirt on its floors/tiles, paint chips in the shower, and a door that doesn’t quite fit its frame.
