Ippodromo Southwell Racecourse: Tour e Visite Guidate

The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. Hi, On arrival we had no help with our luggage or bags, we just stood in reception waiting for some attention or help with Check in but just felt like we were ignored and in everyone’s way. We booked a last minute room which had a beautiful view over the grounds of the hotel but couldn’t believe how small the bed was, the bed wasn’t attached to the headboard so we lost pillows between it. Had a very uncomfortable night and actually fell out the side of the bed. Breakfast the next day was delicious however after the night sleep we had we couldn’t really wait to leave.

Struttura fantastica, immersa nella campagna inglese. Personale super disponibile e molto professionale. Cucina eccellente. Ambiente accoglievole. Che dire, è stato un soggiorno TOP! Un saluto al dolcissimo SAM 🐾
