Whether you are visiting Ipswich for work or leisure, watching football this 3 bedroom house provide a comfortable and convenient base to explore the area.
Other things to note
3 Bedroom house with parking for 2 cars. The property can accommodate 7 people. There is a king bed in Bedroom 1 with wardrobe and dressing table, Twin Bed in Bedroom 2 and double bed in bedroom 3. Convertible sofa bed in living room perfectly fine for sleeping one extra person.
Guest can access the rear garden and Wifi, TV and full equipped kitchen. All linens and towels provided.
Sainsbury local is one door away and there are handful of restaurants, pubs and takeaways around the property. Ipswich Town football club 2 miles away and Felixstowe Beach & Port of Felixstowe around 12 miles away from the property.

Don’t stay here. RUN the other way! While the place was mostly clean, there were other problems that made it a horrible stay. We left after one night, even though we had pre-paid our 2 night stay! There were no supplies. One bathroom was almost out of toilet paper, and there was NO more to be found anywhere! In addition the downstairs bathroom had NO light, and there were no extra lightbulbs for us to even try to fix it. That toilet did not flush properly either. With 4 adults and 1 child traveling, we NEEDED 2 working toilets! Then, someone’s hoodie was left on the kitchen cabinet and someone’s cap was in the bedroom. None of the mattresses were comfortable. The portable air conditioner did not blow cold. It was so bad we had to make different arrangements for our 2nd night, and then all we got from the property was “I’m sorry”. Save yourself: no one should have this experience!
