“Absolutely disgusting experience. When we first pulled up to the hotel, I genuinely thought it was closed because the lobby was covered in dust and dirt and looked completely neglected. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. We checked in quickly because we were heading to a wrestling championship and didn’t have time to really inspect the room. When we came back later and looked around, the room was absolutely filthy. The floors and walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been...

“Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Our first room ac/heater not working. Made howling noise. Staff asked “can you just deal with it.” Second room tv stopped working. Third room we had Hulu and Tv updated and were told tv doesn’t have Hulu or internet connection. Very old tvs. Whole place always smelt like marijuana. ”

“Hot tub, gym, and pool closed. NO mention of this ahead of stay. Booked because of the pool. Was under construction and many areas blocked off because of this. Found out upon arrival.”
