“On a day when it was 100 degrees outside (actual temp), the AC unit was not turned on in my room upon check in. Turned it on and had to leave for a while before returning and still had to sit in front of AC air because of how hot it was in the room. Also, the refrigerator was not plugged in and had to wait for it to get cold to use it. Would not recommend this hotel.”

“The free cookies and coffee in the lobby were great. Nice choice of things for breakfast as well.”

“Property overall is dated and needs maintenance. Discussion with franchise holder indicates this is a work in progress. Room was clean, but housekeeping overlooked providing shampoo or body wash for the shower dispensers. Porcelain tub did not have antii-slip appliques nor was a shower mat provided which presented a severe slipping hazard. Attitude of front desk staff was superlative and went to extremes to be helpful at check-in.”

“We love the property the only complaint were the floors.. it seemed very clean until we walked barefoot on the floors. They were filthy. Other than that it was fantastic! Restaurant, bar, and pool were wonderful!! We are definitely going back soon!!”
