Casetta sul sentiero

La nostra casetta perfetta torna comodamente sull'Iron Bell Trail. Situato su un grande terreno privato in una strada tranquilla ea pochi passi da ristoranti, bar e negozi. Abbiamo acquistato la casa a maggio 2018 e abbiamo appena completato un vasto rinnovamento dal pavimento al soffitto. Ogni caratteristica della casa è stata deliberatamente scelta; portando un'atmosfera da fattoria moderna in Arizona alla cintura di neve dell'Alto Michigan. Nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio ardesia, lavello in stile fattoria, ripiani in blocchi di macellaio, pavimenti in legno restaurati e un bar convertito da una stufa antica nel seminterrato! L'ampio portico anteriore presenta un'altalena, sedie a dondolo e un giradischi con console vintage e radio. Il ponte posteriore è stato aggiunto per ulteriore spazio abitativo all'aperto; un ottimo posto per rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino o caffè e godersi lo splendido scenario e la fauna selvatica. Non siamo nella zona a tempo pieno, quindi volevamo condividere il nostro spazio accogliente con gli altri!

They have thought of everything and provided it for you in this cozy space, full of character and fun details. Communication was excellent, driveway was plowed right away through two days of blizzard, sauna/shower such a luxury, the location is excellent for accessing all of the nearby adventures. We will stay again.

Maria's house is well furnished, clean, and comfortable. She was great with communication. Her attention to detail is amazing, from the decor to the amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The sauna is an extra perk. If you are looking for a vacation stay that feels somewhere between the comforts of home and a peaceful oasis, this is it.

This was our second stay. We came to cross country ski and the home is close to many trails. The home is cute, cozy and very clean. We especially enjoyed the sauna and coffee bar after a day on the trails. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in went smoothly. We would come back again.

We came up to the area to take my daughter skiing. This house is nice and close to Powderhorn! We were close to some great places to eat as well. The house was super clean and decorated so nicely!! The sauna was great after a cold day outside. We are already talking about when we can come back and will definitely stay here again!!

The house was a convenient base for exploring area cross country ski trails. The house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed using the sauna after spending all day outside. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking yummy meals.

The house is in a great location for skiing at ABR and Wolverine ski trails. The kitchen has everything you need and there are many great restaurants in the area. Beds are super comfortable and the house is always clean. Michelle is a great host.

My family of four and I were looking for a place to stay for our UTV trip and this was the perfect spot! The location is excellent for easy trail access, yet it’s still a very quiet neighborhood. It’s also close to restaurants or places you’d need to go in town. The home was so clean and very tastefully decorated and remodeled. We just loved it! The vintage stereo/record player and the sauna were awesome perks. They have everything we needed for our stay. Melissa was very communicative and helpful. We would love to stay here again and I truly hope we do, as we love riding the trails in this area. I can’t thank you enough for letting us stay in your beautiful home, Melissa. It was so lovely!

What a little gem this house is. The perfect size for two people, a pup, and visiting friends. The house is located close to the Iron Belle Trail, where we road our bikes into town or to the local gym. The house is cozy and smartly decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore the western U.P. and Ironwood!

This property is adorable and in a super convenient location. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens, nice back yard and deck, and a super coffee bar set up! Pet friendly too which puts it over the top. Excellent communication from the owner and nice personalized touches to make us feel extra welcomed in their home. Would definitely stay here again!

Michelle was very accommodating of our last minute plans. We decided to run away for a few days to hike the black river area. The house is really well done, super clean, and special touches all around. Better than we ever expected! We enjoyed this cozy, comfortable, and well decorated home which is conveniently located in Ironwood. Even though there wasn’t enough snow to snowmobile as planned, we stilled enjoyed the weekend by cross country skiing, bowling and hiking in Porcupine park. Michelle was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Thank you, Michelle!
