Hotel vicino a Irvine Historical Museum - Irvine

“The hotel itself was great: nice, new, clean, modern. The staff helpful and professional. But the hotel was overflowing with screaming pre-teen and teen-aged girls. The guests in the next room to our were having a party, yapping at the top of their voices and slamming doors at 11 pm and midnight. We will make it a point to avoid this hotel due to the kind of clientele it caters to.”

“The hotel was great. Expedia was terrible! I tried to cancel this reservation as the company I Work for did another reservation on my name, and surprisingly I couldn’t make it. There was always a system error every time I wanted to cancel my stay. Of course that was until I had to pay for cancellation.”

“The hotel overall was positive. However at 12:15am the police were outside my door banging for the door next to mine to open up and it was a little unnerving. At first, I thought they were banging on my door. When I looked out my peephole, there were 4+ officers and it just startled me and scared me just a little. Again, since it happened in the hotel, in the late hours of the night, it did impact my overall experience. Not a great one.”

“Room was not properly clean. Found several hair in the bathroom. Sink was clogged. Breakfast is a joke. Only coffee and granola bars. Once the coffee runs out, you have no more.”

“High standard of quality and cleaning for the room and most areas. Food for breakfast was wide range, unfortunately majority of ultra processed food, healthy choices limited. Really kind and helpful staff. ”

“Had my 2 kids with me 7 and 3 year olds. Staff and people friendly. Pool is warmed and useful for teaching them to swim. Only 3ft - 4.5 ft deep.”

“Clean room, free Wi-Fi and good breakfast. I have stayed here a few times last couple of years and they didn't charge parking. I was a bit surprised by the $25/day charge. Other than that, I would definitely come back again.”
