If you want to pay 3 star prices but want 5 star amenities this place isn't for you but your okay with 3 star value this place hits it out of the park. note swimming is an issue with all the weeds ”

“Very nice TV And access to movies. Thought it was on the water but down the street. Nice balcony. Lot across was a demo site. Not owners fault. Cigarette smoke in house was a challenge for us. Welcomed our dogs though and very welcoming and helpful. ”

“The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. “The cabin was as expected, clean and cosy. It was the season of chilly nights but the heater kept the cabin warm, during the warmer days we enjoyed the outdoor furniture and park across the road. The location is good, between Lindsay and Peterborough both of which we explored.”

“Me and my family stayed at Matt’s place for 2 nights. His place is amazing. It’s clean and beautiful. Everything we need to stay for 2 nights is available: cooking utensils, complete beddings, bathroom items, he even prepared the bonfire and canoe for us to use. I would definitely recommend his place. ”
