“Bellissima struttura di lusso con personale scadente e maleducato. Purtroppo dopo aver concordato con il receptionista che il passaggio aeroportuale era incluso da Expedia, al momento dell’arrivo in aeroporto l’autista pretendeva in modo molto sgradevole di essere pagato. Abbiamo chiamato la reception che ha insistito nel pagamento e mi ha addebitato senza mia autorizzazione Usd 20 sulla carta di credito data a garanzia.
