I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated.
However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment.
On another occasion, a different staff member commented on my outfit, asking if I was going to a wedding when I had just returned from a work dinner. While it may have been intended casually, it came across as inappropriate.
Unfortunately, these experiences affected my overall comfort at the hotel. I would suggest that staff be more mindful of maintaining professionalism and respecting guest boundaries.
