We appreciate the feedback from all the Guests and on the basis improve our services on daily basis, If there was any problem faced should be intimated immediately to Hotel Staff so that they may remedy all the complaints. First of all there is a Hotel Policy that we do not provide rooms to the Guests having address on the CNIC of the same area where the Hotel is located. We go out of our jurisdiction and provide you Room as the address on your CNIC was of the same area. There is no way that the bed sheets were dirty as it is cleaned on regular basis. We hope to provide better services every day.
