Large 3/2 with ground level carport. Lagoon side screened porch 50' x 10'. Terrace on Ocean side is open. Boat access on Gulf side fishing and snorkeling, you can be in the ocean quickly. WiFi internet, 5 large screen TVs all with internet access. Spectacular view, great diving locations and fishing.

Beautiful place

It is a lovely spot, with a great veranda and large comfortable master bedroom. Enjoyed sunsets and sunrises, seeing manatees (and swimming shrimp) off the back dock, and swimming and kayaking. The host responded well to any issues that arose.

Perfect location

This is a perfect location for boating and fishing. We used a different location for launching and loading the boat, but the dock and location werw excellent. The room was equipped with everything we needed. The front balcony was great for morning coffee in the sun. The condo is quite spacious with all the comforta of home.

First Class!

For the second year, we have enjoyed the beauty and comfort of this incredible property. The apartment is well furnished, ideally situated, quiet and relaxing. Two minutes aways from Caloosa Cove Marina & Resort. John is easy to deal with and a great host.

Best place in Islamorada❤️❤️❤️

We love John’s home. He is a pleasure to deal with. We enjoy the spacious lanai with water views and ocean views from the balcony. Restaurants are convenient and Anne’s Beach is very close. The kitchen is well stocked. We are returning next year.

Great location to enjoy the Fabulous Florida Keys

We stayed 3 weeks at John's condo. Large rooms, fully-equipped kitchen & TV's in every bedroom along with a great screened-in lanai to enjoy our morning breakfast & dinner. Fished from the dock (all-night lights), saw Manatees, Dolphins, Rays, and fish in the lagoon. Used the kayaks to cruise the area, walked on a designated area next to US-1. Walking distance to the fish/lobster market. Property Manager Chuck was on-site & very friendly & attentive; the small issues we had were promptly addressed. Only 4 units, so privacy was abundant. Noise from the Overseas Highway was noticeable on the lanai, but not inside the condo. Located in the middle of the Keys made it easy to travel to local sites on either end of the keys. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. I wish the pictures had shown us a little more about the dock and the landing, but the house was good. The property manager was awesome.

Great apartment with fantastic views of the lagoon.

A great apartment in a well placed block next to Sea Oats beach and very well looked after. Very comfortable, clean accommodation with plenty of space.
