Situata sulla tranquilla Keys superiore, a Islamorada, questa casa si trova nel tranquillo quartiere residenziale di Venetian Shores MM 86. Accesso immediato all'oceano e alla baia al largo di Snake Creek. Islamorada è a soli 75 miglia da Miami e 86 miglia da Key West. La temperatura media è di 80 gradi e 78 gradi per l'acqua. Islamorada si trova tra le limpide acque della baia della Florida e del Golfo del Messico, è dotato di una barriera corallina a tre-cinque miglia al largo che è piena di vita spettacolare.

Questa casa privata con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni è dotata di numerosi extra tra cui questa piscina riscaldata (a 80-82 gradi) parzialmente ombreggiata, così puoi goderti il relax con una bibita fresca. WIFI pronto. Questo gioiello per le vacanze vanta ampie camere arredate in rattan e decorate con un tocco tropicale. Puoi vedere questa vista dal soggiorno, dalla sala da pranzo e dalla cucina in quanto ha quattro grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sul nostro grande ponte.

La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo e molta luce naturale. TV in camera. Nuove piastrelle, questa camera è stata completamente rinnovata con il suo fantastico letto a baldacchino. La seconda camera da letto recentemente piastrellata ha un letto matrimoniale, con TV
Cucina completamente rinnovata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, banconi in granito, computer a schermo piatto con internet ad alta velocità. Anche WIFI pronto. Nel soggiorno ci sono 2 poltrone trasformabili in letto singolo.
La nostra suite principale, tutta piastrellata. È a livello di piscina. Puoi uscire la mattina e goderti la vista rinfrescante e sederti sul ponte, questa vista è dell'ampio salotto con il letto king-size in background. Si apre totalmente sul ponte della piscina con porte scorrevoli in vetro. Piscina a forma di rene riscaldata, animali domestici ammessi su richiesta deposito di $ 300

The property is central location in Islamorada, best location....The outdoor area is perfect,pool heated very enjoyable.. great neighborhood..Friendly Host JoAnn is amazing, and prompt response, a delightful person, and a wonderful host!

“Heated” pool never got warm enough to get into. 6 bath wash clothes and 6 of us staying. Pots & pans were not usable. Just very disappointed versus the amount we had to pay.

Amazing location - rustic style house

We’ve stayed before and loved the location. The outdoor area is perfect for boating and entertaining. I’ve said this in a review from last year and it stands true still, it needs some major updating as far as the furniture, bedding and appliances. The blender is from 1970 and doesn’t work and there definitely was not enough basics like silverware. The grill and stove are great to cook on. The fridge is fine. It just needs some more cutlery updated smaller appliances like a coffee maker and definitely better seating in the living room for the evenings. It’s outdoor furniture and we had to put blankets over them because they were so stiff. That said, it’s still worth a stay because the convenience of the dock and neighborhood make up for the deficiencies. The

Wonderful time at the keys!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Venetian Tropics. You just can’t beat the location. The house is was very roomy and accommodating. We loved going to the both sides the ocean and the bay waters but after all enjoyed chilling in the pool. The house is located in the very beautiful neighborhood. Will come and stay again!

Classic Keys Home

JoAn was a pleasure to deal with, great communication. The house is in a great location. It’s a classic keys home with the charm of what the Keys has always been. We will be returning to this rental, as it was perfect for us. It is good to note that if you are driving to the Keys and are able to, it would be safe to bring your own cooking utensils and pans, as the ones provided are very aged and toxic to use at this point…but we see that as an easy fix since Publix is now a short distance away.

Keys vacation

We liked having separate living areas for two couples and common areas for cooking and eating. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We loved the private pool and enjoyed seeing the huge fish, manatees and many varieties of birds in the canal. This property was also very close to excellent restaurants and ice cream shops! We would highly recommend this property!

Amazing location and outdoor living space

We had a great vacation and the property is amazing. Outdoor space is perfect in every way. Dock and pool and decks were pristine. Only suggestion would be update on the furniture upstairs. Super uncomfortable and not enough seating to enjoy tv/football games as a family. Probably need extra bedding and better pillows especially for the pullout beds. Pillows in upstairs master were flat. Could use some additional utensils, namely forks and spoons and measuring cups and measuring spoons. Definitely need updated appliances like a blender and crock pot. They were very outdated and we couldn’t use them. But none of that prevented us from enjoying the house and the layout. Just suggestions for next guests or just remove those from the appliances there. I would’ve brought my own if I knew. We ended up buying measuring cups and plastic utensils for the two week stay. Also, ceiling started blowing out insulation the last two days so Not sure what happened there but the counter was covered with little pieces of insulation coming from the vent above the counter with the stove.

Fishing Getaway

The location is very appropriate for the purpose of our getaway. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and several of the neighbors were friendly and helpful. My only knock would be that the property could use a little upkeep. The porch light over stairwell was out, the pool was not clean and a few interior items discussed with owner upon arrival. Nothing major but just some things of note.

Very uncomfortable beds, rude house cleaner. The air upstairs does not keep the house cool and only lets it go down to 73. The pool is in serious need of structural repair. Pool coping is a trip hazard due to the pool being so out of level. Plants around the pool and driveway need cleaning. Nails were sticking up on deck. A minimal amount of towels for the entire house.

Great vacation rental

We just returned from our stay at Venetian Tropics. It was a great place to vacation with our family. The house is just as advertised and shown. The location could not be better, especially if you bring your boat. The ac works great and the pool is lovely. There is an outdoor mini fridge in the outside bar area which was great for chilling your favorite beverages. The owner was very responsive to our questions as we settled in. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks JoAn for opening up your home to us. We made great memories. Terry Brown
