“We loved staying at The Hacienda. It is a beautiful property close to everything in New Port Richey. Our room was spotless! Not one speck of dust or random hair in the bathroom (y’all know what I’m talking about!). This was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Shout out to Madison our housekeeper for doing an excellent job and for finding my water bottle that I left behind (my kids gave it to me for Mother’s Day). “I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.”

“Excellent customer service- everyone was really nice and accommodating and location was perfect near the hospital. My only down fall was the room could have been cleaner (ex: the floors had crumbs) and beds were hard and pillows were flat but this could have been just our experience. All in all good place for a quick trip.”

“I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect, very safe, and has great amenities nearby. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My room was exactly what I was needing for my stay. It was quiet, clean, and I did use the fitness room, which had enough for a quick workout. I did not use the pool, but I did go across the parking lot over to Bahama breeze and was very grateful for the market on the other side of that which had general store items and was just a few steps...
