“The room was filthy with bugs in the bathroom, by the sink on the counter I had to clean it with Clorox before my grand daughter an I brushed and wash our face before going to bed. Then we go to take a shower it was horrible I had to use a hand towel to put in shower for both of us. As my granddaughter was stepping out of the shower there was a bug which I was able to get it and throw it outside. I then took pictures bc the bed I felt the springs as I got up next morning I noticed stains on the...
