“Maybe I over sold myself by reading the reviews. I always like to stay at new hotels because you usually get clean modern rooms. Overall it's a nice hotel. Rooms had plenty of space. We arrived around 8pm for check in. The a/c in the room was off so it was hot. We turned it on and it never got cool in the room all night. Lobby was not clean when we arrived and walking through the hotel you already see damages and maintenance issues. Hotel hasn't even been open a year. Our stay was fine for one...

Actually, someone came in the room and made up one of my bed, left the other bed unmade and gave me new towels, thank you for that.
