“Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.”

“Rooms were very run down and many items broken or in poor condition like couches, lights and mini refrigerators. Also the beds very springy. Breakfast was good some days but sparse. The room cleaning would only occur if you requested 24 hours in advance but this was not shared during check in. If you stay near the pool the whole area has very strong chlorine smell. And there is a lot of carpet throughout the faciliy and rooms that is dated.”

“Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brighton was a very clean hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and personal care amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. They took great care with their guests' breakfast choices, kept the seating area well cleaned during transition of guests. Omar, specifically was focused on his role and care to guests each morning. Thank you - we would definitely visit again!”

“On booking a twin King bed room for 5 adults it was listed as having a rollaway bed available for the 5th adult. Upon arrival they said they could not do that. Front desk then offered extra pillows and blankets and gave us a breakfast credit for all of us - then charged us breakfast. Avoid this place.”

“Fan in the room kept us up all night making noise like it needed to be repaired. The "breakfast" was not a breakfast at all! Simply a cellophane wrapped tiny muffin and coffee.”

“Comfort Suites needs to update this hotel. It seemed old and not clean. The pool was too cold for swimming. The laundry room was dirty. Our room was fine, but the tub/shower looked old and unappealing. We didn't use it. The staff was nice.”

“Really nice place and we enjoyed our quick over night stay! We did want to try to connect our Bobby rewards to this booking, but the staff said it wasn’t possible. I was a bit disappointed that they could try to connect our points to our Bonvoy app. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay there again!”

“The best part about our stay was everything was easy! Not only were carts available to haul things in on, they rolled with ease. Ice machines are available on every floor AND WORK. never ran out of ice and it has been extremely hot and humid. Staff is incredibly kind, outgoing, and accommodating. Everyone at the front desk were polite, friendly and efficient. The breakfast woman was as sweet as they come as well as very helpful. Obviously takes great pride in herself and here job, which...
