Moose Mountain Lodge

Welcome to Moose Mountain Lodge in Island Park Village, the hot spot of Island Park. It is located 20 minutes away from West Yellowstone and is also near Big Springs, Robins Roost grocery store and an atv/snowmobile rental shop. Near excellent fishing in all directions. This cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll find all of the necessary amenities to make your cabin stay enjoyable such as TV, WiFi, BBQ grill, fire pit, and hot tub.

Great place to stay. The house was big with beds for everyone and clean. Great location.

Zakery (owner) was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions. The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of beds and towels! Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Large group accommodations

The property was large enough to fit our group of 18 nicely. I would like to point out a few maintenance items that we noticed, vent fan in basement bath hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time (we cleaned it), dryer vent was also badly in need of cleaning (again we cleaned it), in basement bedroom there was a hole in the wall where one of the wood knots came out, electrical plug in kitchen is loose, railing around deck are wobbly, there was no railing on the front steps, front steps were really sloped and without a railing were dangerously to go up and down. None of these were things that would keep us from renting again, we just wanted to point out a few things you may want to address. Thanks for a great week!

Yellowstone Flood Visit

The home is in a great location and has enough space for everyone to relax. Yellowstone was only open for one day during our stay so we had to explore the local attractions outside the park. The host Zack was very helpful and gave us some good suggestions. We rented some side by side Razors less than half a mile from the house and explored the local mountain trails all day. We were able to walk onto the golf course that is affordable and not very busy. The hot tub goes up to 104 degrees and is a nice way to end your day.

Nice and clean place

The place was nice and clean. Hosts responded quickly to our questions. The lodge was close to gas station and grocery store. Our teenagers loved the loft and hung out there the most. Definitely recommend this place.

The property is just as advertised. Clean, and well kept. 20 minutes outside of West Yellowstone. The kitchen had a wide variety of cooking tools. Had one minor issue, contacted the owner and was addressed very quickly. Would stay there again!

Perfect Location for Yellowstone

Beautiful home, perfect for large families. Clean, roomy, and large kitchen for cooking. Perfect location for Yellowstone west entrance. Would highly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Great place for a group!

Home was awesome! Plenty of space for even the largest groups with 3 separate living areas to gather. Very clean and organized. We had 6 guys on a sled trip. You can sled right out of the neighborhood to all the trails and gas is right down the road. Driveway is huge and can accommodate multiple trucks/trailers. Hot tub works great! Make sure you bring TP and paper towels as they only provide a day or 2 worth. We would stay here again for sure!

We had a great experience at the cabin. The main problem was that the 2nd night the heat thermostat would not work in the smaller basement room so it needs to be fixed.

Great location

Great location if you don’t have to be in the water. You’re on the golf course, just down the street from a gas station/convenance store, one exit away from the river, two exits away to get to Lakeside Lodge and you’re that much closer to Yellowstone. House was well kept, clean and has WAY more room than we thought. Couldn’t get the lock box for the house key open (we did show up early, was most likely user error and owner was able to unlock remotely) but didn’t have a key the whole time we were there. Need to fix/replace the dinning room table. Also would recommend listing the address on/in the instructions. Overall great stay though. Hope to rent again.
