New Mountain Modern Cabin 25 min from Yellowstone

Summary:
Amazing Modern Mountain escape. Come and enjoy this 3750 sq. ft. newly constructed cabin that is just a short drive to West Yellowstone, in a private golf community, and close to a grocery store, local restaurants, and other conveniences. Along with being surrounded by luxurious finishes and furniture in this cabin, you will find yourself in the middle of outdoor paradise. Big Springs and a picturesque river float to Max Inn is just up the road, and world class fly fishing surrounds you.

The Space:
This 6 bedroom house has a master bedroom/bathroom with a curb less shower for wheel chair accessibility on the main floor. A laundry, half bath, kitchen, and living room, along with a spacious 2 car garage on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms, all with king sized beds, a bunk room with 4 queen beds and 4 twin beds, a wonderful family room with an 86" TV, and 3 bathrooms.

The Neighborhood:
This mountain modern cabin is located in Island Park Village which is a golf community. It is maintained by an HOA and is very well taken care of in the summer and winter.

Getting Around:
The cabin is nestled into the trees in Island Park Village, it is close to Yellowstone National Park, amazing world class fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and many other outdoor activities, all while being in a nice golf community. The grocery store is just down the road, with outdoor recreational vehicle rentals nearby, and great restaurants nearby as well.

We will be available by text at all times, and if anything urgent comes up we will be available in person.

We thought the place was prefect! We stayed there with extended Family (there was 15 of us, including 6 kids 14 yrs and younger). It was the prefect size for us and had great space for the kids and adults either together or separate. They had lots of information in the house for local things to do/check out. House was very well stocked as well; it was really nice in what they all had there that we didn't need to bring. There are a few things that we let them know about and they offered to have someone come fix it right away if needed (we didn't as they did not affect our stay) but their responsiveness was really nice. Only small things that some would have liked to see was a dresser or table in the bedrooms to put stuff on and the ice machine was very slow (took days to make ice). Though again these were not big things, and we truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend them! -Erin

Great Stay in Island Park

Our group of family and friends really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin in Island Park! It was the perfect location to explore Yellowstone, and having a gas station and grocery store just down the street was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great property for groups with lots of kids!

We had several kids with us and this property was great for them with the bunk room! They loved being able to all stay together. Kitchen was very well stocked, even had a crockpot and electric skillet. Everything was excellent, but when we took pictures outside to commemorate our family trip, it was hard to find a good place because of the tall grass and we found several cap nails in the yard and driveway. Overall, it was an amazing fit for our family and we'd stay here again!

Great for family vacation

We loved the place. It’s in a beautiful area. The house had everything we needed. Location was great for driving to Yellowstone NP and Tetons NP. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Yellowstone vacation

Great proximity to the patk. Sunrise out the front window in the morning was stunning! The hot tub was a welcome end to the day after hours of hiking and driving. Plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kiddos LOVED the bunk room. I loved that we had two stoves and a double wide fridge/freezer for making meals. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with the essentials. We would totally stay here again.

Yellowstone trip

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Island Park. The kitchen was amazing with an extra large fridge and freezer, plus there were plenty of dishes, towels and modern appliances. There was even another fridge in the garage. The bedrooms were very nice and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. What a nice touch. If I was to change anything, I would add mirrors in the bedrooms and dressers to put toiletries on so some people can get ready in the bedroom while others are in the bathroom. Everyone loved the hot tub and were happy to relax in it after a day hiking in Yellowstone. The house is an easy 25 minute drive to Yellowstone, but be sure to go before 7:00 am or in the afternoon to avoid the long lines. Overall, we were very happy with the house, the location, and with Joshua and Cami. Every time I texted with questions, I got a response in a timely manner and everything was taken care of. They were very easy to work with.

Lovely cabin with fantastic amenities

We gathered as extended family with adults and teens. Everyone loved the modern cabin from the well-appointed kitchen, to the comfort of the rooms, the fire pit, and the hot tub. Would love to visit again!

Great house, great kitchen

We were a family of 9 adults, a 3 year old and a 6 month old. The house was large enough for everyone. All adults had their own rooms and the 3 year old and 6 month old shared the bunk room. House included a pack ‘n play. Bring your own sheet for it. The kitchen had every quality modern supply available. All Clad pots and pans, sous vide, instapot, food processor, mixer, blender, etc. Even the quality of the knives were very good. We were within 20 minutes of West Yellowstone. The family plan was to visit both Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. Some did Yellowstone for 3 days, and some decided to go to the Tetons, a long loop of 6 1/2 hours, but enjoyable. A playground was around the corner. Others enjoyed the golf course there. Excellent place.

Awesome!

We rented this house for a family trip to Yellowstone. There were 6 adults and 3 kids. Not only was the host very responsive, but the house was beautiful, well-maintained and in a great central location for our trip. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful cabin, well stocked!

Everything about this property is wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked, beds are so comfortable, and everything is nice and new. The spaces worked well for our extended family. Location was perfect, private and secluded by trees. Nice to have a garage and extra parking. If we come back we will definitely choose to stay here again!

Nice newly renovated house. Open concept with updated appliances in the kitchen. Just missing a drip coffee maker if you prefer drip coffee over the k-cups. 8 beds bunk room is great for our young adults. Each bedroom has wireless phone charger by the nightstands. However, each bedroom can use a dresser with drawers. There is no place for your luggage other than leaving them on the floor. Grocery store is just a minute away. 9 holes golf course and tennis court are in the neighborhood.

Beautiful Property!

The property was incredible and easily fit our large group of 11. It is a beautiful place with modern, high end finishes. Everything was great including the furniture, bedding, kitchenware and more. It’s better than the listing portrays.

Lovely Home

This home is beautiful! There was plenty of space for our large group of adults and children. The beds were comfortable and the appliances were top of the line. Plenty of dishes and very nice pots and pans. Double fridges and stoves made this great for large groups.

Close to West Yellowstone entrance and area is beautiful-Big Springs, Mesa Falls. Home accommodated our family of 11 with room to spare, plenty of room in the kitchen with everything we needed.

Overall property was very good for family and friends!

Overall experience was very good! Everything was in place as advertised! Only part where I would be cautious in future is the pre-existing stains on the carpets, I would report that immediately so that the property owner would not accuse us of making those stains and charge extra charges to remove those stains.
