Experience the natural beauty of "The Buffalo River House," a newly renovated cabin perfectly positioned on the Buffalo River. This spacious retreat offers seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and over 3300 square feet, making it an ideal choice for family reunions or group getaways.

Step into comfort in the fully equipped kitchen, which features modern appliances and plenty of cookware. After a day of exploring, gather around the fire pit or enjoy the brand new hot tub under the night sky. With Smart TVs in every bedroom and three of the four living areas there’s no shortage of entertainment.

Whether you visit in winter or summer, "The Buffalo River House" is a gateway to adventure. Winter guests can warm up by the propane fireplace after hitting the snowmobiling and ATV trails nearby. In the summer, enjoy fishing in the Buffalo River or nearby Island Park Reservoir, Henrys Lake, and Henrys Fork. Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance is just a short 35-minute drive away.

The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, offering a range of beds from king to twin and bunk beds. Two washers and dryers, WiFi, a dishwasher, three refrigerators, and a gear-friendly garage add to the convenience. Note that air conditioning is available only in the upstairs king bedroom; fans and mountain air will help keep you cool during warmer months.

Families with young children will find two pack-and-plays available (please bring your own linens).

Enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country ski trails, ice fishing, hot tubbing, sledding, snowmobiling, Yellowstone snowmobiling, tubing. Mesa Falls is amazing in the winter for snowmobiling, and so is Johnny Sack Cabin.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove. Due to liability, we do not provide kayaks, paddleboards, or fishing equipment.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
