“The property itself is decent, conveniently located, and the front desk staff was excellent. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a significant issue with my room. The bathtub was missing its shower curtain rod entirely, so there was no shower curtain. When I called the manager on duty, whom I believe was named Andrea, I was told to place towels on the floor while showering. “My TV didn’t work, I asked the front desk and he said it’s because too many people using the WiFi at the same time. The floors were very sticky The beach is full of rocks”

“Jeanette was very responsive to our needs. We had delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. She was always ready to provide anything to make our stay pleasant. We look forward to another visit to Cape Cod and will stay here.”

“Great Stay! Very convenient for quick access to Falmouth. Had to clean, remove sheets, collect towels, and take out trash. Kind of odd overall but it was a non profit hotel with individually owned rooms. Still had cash tip slips for some reason?!”

“Charges a huge “resort fee” when you get there, but there’s not really any amenities to speak of. It rained while we were there and it flooded our unit.”

“Room 410 was lovely with a private balcony and only one set of stairs from the rooftop sitting area. The property was spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.”

“We were pleased on arrival and felt very welcomed. The staff provided so much detail and local maps, bus schedules and helped us understand the local area. The room was exceptional and very clean. We did need to walk up 5 sets of stairs, which we were capable to do. The AC was working fine. There were beverages, coffee, tea, water, cocoa at the 4th floor which was very convenient for us. We recommend the hotel without reservation.”
