“While it looked run down from the outside, it was clean & modern looking inside. Not having a reception area was not really helpful when travelling from Australia with no international phone coverage & Expedia could not pass on our email etc. we would much prefer to have the personal approach.”

“This is a bare bones vintage motor court. It had everything we needed. It was clean and safe. My only complaint was the somewhat overpowering smell of disinfectant cleaning solution. Maybe dial that back a bit. Good value so don’t pass it by if you need a place to stay. ”

“Unique concept with an upscale feel. Room had a view of the lake. Drinks and food were great except not a lot of options for those who don’t eat dairy or meat. Waited for over an hour and couldn’t get the sauna to get to a comfortable temperature.”

“Reserved a Double Room w/2 beds. Got there and they gave me a room with 1 beds. I had 4 people in my group. I argued and argued, to no avail. Finally I asked for a full refund and had to argue about that also. After being fed up, I went next door and booked a room. What if there were no rooms available anywhere? I would have been stranded with no place to stay. When I went to turn in keys I was told oh they have a 2/bed room available now as it was just cleaned. All they had to do was say that...

“Everything advertised was inaccurate. It's not river side breakfast was supposed to be included nothing was available except cereal with expired milk. There were no staff to ask for help. 10/10 do not recommend. The pool is drained and closed. The restaurant bar closed with water all over the floors holes in guest room wall. I requested a refund and will not rest well until the money is back in my account... Unexceptable ”
