“We enjoyed our stay and Marco was a terrific host. He provided lots of information and recommendations for an easy stay. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, walkable and only 10 short minutes to downtown by car or 7-minutes to Sky Lagoon or the beach. I would recommend and stay here again. The rental is up one flight of stairs to the main level. The ground level is a separate apartment and the rental listing is for the upper two floors and requires 14-stairs to access. ”

“ This modern house has many nice features—including a sauna, hot tub, and full laundry room. The views from the walls of collapsible accordion doors are stunning. However, a lot of space is devoted to the porch and living room while two of the bedrooms are VERY small. We had three couples staying, and the two in the small rooms had to put their luggage in the living area since no room to walk in room otherwise. The two small rooms might be more appropriate for children than adults. ALSO...

“Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts.”

"Al check-in ho presentato la carta di identità e non è stata accettata e mi è stato richiesto il passaporto che dall’Italia non è obbligatorio, lo staff della reception dovrebbe essere informato su questo ed essere più disponibile e cordiale visto che é il primo impatto con la struttura. Il divano letto era scomodo e la stanza non ben insonorizzata, durante la notte si sentivano continuamente il rumore di porte sbattute dagli altri ospiti. L’hotel è in una posizione comoda ma è sprovvisto di parcheggio. Colazione buona. In generale non ho ritrovato l’atmosfera e la qualità di un boutique hotel o di un 4 stelle."

"Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Kriya durante il mio viaggio in Islanda e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’hotel ha un design semplice ma curato, con ambienti accoglienti e confortevoli. La colazione era molto buona, con una selezione piuttosto variegata che ha soddisfatto ogni gusto. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente la vista: affacciarsi sulle montagne islandesi è stato spettacolare, specialmente dalla sala del ristorante panoramico. Se posso dare un consiglio, scegliete una camera vista montagne: molto più suggestiva rispetto a quelle sul lato strada, che si affacciano anche su una stazione di servizio. Un altro grande punto a favore è lo staff: gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!"
