All new carpet up and down, painted inside and out, new gas fireplace, porch has all new windows with tongue and groove cedar plus a new 10ft x 12 ft cedar deck off the upper porch, Mille Lacs 3bdrm home quiet bay w/lg level yard to dock. 4 season porch w/beautiful views & large deck for family gatherings. King size bed, Queen size Sleep Number bed, additional queen size and 2 comfortable futons for additional sleep space, Kayaks, NEW COCKTAIL STYLE VIDEO GAME, NEW Foosball Table, SLEEPS 10. Lots of movies & board games. 2 car detached garage for your boats, ATV's, Snowmobiles, car/truck. Close to Soo Line Trail for that ultimate 4 wheeling fun and more!!!

We had a fabulous stay! There was everything we needed more at this home! Very clean, comfortable beds, toys/games, adult bikes lots of seating indoor & outdoor, lake shed stocked with recreational items. Large flattop grill was great for outdoor cooking, loved that they had the blckstone seasoning & conditioner. Close to the state park with also has a large sandy beach.

The property was beautiful. The house was spacious. The three season porch with views of the lake was our favorite space. The kitchen was stock with all the items you need to cook. There were lots of game and dvd options. Would recommend the property and we hope to be back again!

Our family had an incredibly relaxing time at the home. The water toys and extras were around every corner. From outdoor activities like shuffleboard and kayaking, to all the inside perks like a full DVD library, and plenty of games, we had a wonderful stay and will plan on coming back!

Perfect Stay

Tim's place was perfect. Tons of outdoor space to enjoy, dock in the cove was great as we could leave our boat in the water, quiet location. It is as advertised. Close to grocery store. Place was stocked with all things you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!!

It was a great place to stay and experience the lake view we had! During the time of our stay the lake was calm it looked like glass. Overall our experience was immaculate. Would highly recommend to newcomers looking for a great place to stay children to adults!

Great lakefront space

7 adults shared this home for a 4 day weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space for sleepers, night owls and meals It worked great to have 3 full bathrooms and plenty of gathering space as well. The kitchen was stocked very well with dinnerware, cookware and spices Thanks for providing a home just as advertised!

Yearly Mille Lacs fishing trip

Highly recommended! Loved every aspect of the home and property. Lake views were amazing and the home was well equipped and many extras. Property owners were the kindest and always available.

Family trip

Stayed for 4 days and even though the weather wasn’t amazing to be outside, the cabin had so much that we could enjoy inside! host was terrific and made everything so easy. Made our family trip amazing! Place looks even better than the pictures showed!

Our friends stayed

My wife and I did not make the trip. We both got sick the day before we were suppose to leave and had to stay home. Our friends went and stayed at the property. We've heard no complaints from them so we assume all was good. Sorry I have nothing else to report.

Nice house on the lake

We stayed for five days this past week. The house is easy to find, and was very clean. Pretty much as described. We enjoyed the proximity to the two small towns nearby. I highly recommend the bowling alley and Pizza! The only issue we had, which was pretty significant for the ladies in the group, was that the water smelled so foul. I called the owner, who was always very responsive, and he explained that it is city water, and in years of a drought, this can happen. That’s too bad as it did make the experience so much less enjoyable, but other than that, we really enjoyed the trip and the lake area and the home. Hopefully the smelly water situation is just a rare occurrence and we had bad luck.

Welcoming and cozy

We felt welcomed immediately! The cabin was very inviting and the view of the lake amazing. There was 3 of us up in Isle for the RURAL music festival and this place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfy, kitchen stocked with all the dish necessities and communication with Tim was easy as he was reachable by text. We had an amazing stay!!

Perfect family getaway

The host was incredibly generous with their property and toys for the water, kayaks, SUP, life jackets galor! Tons of fun to be had! Great location on the water with a dock to tie up our boat. The host was great with communication and incredibly timely responses! They also provided plenty of inside entertainment as well! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the movies and games, and so did the adults! They ensured a great stay for out family

turn key rental

Very thoughtful host kept items well stocked and clean. Cabin was in a convenient location to run to town, go to nearby state park, and sheltered from the big waves of the lake. Spacious yard to play games, and plenty of parking onsite.
